Sole Traders Address Service

These services are for unincorporated businesses, sole traders, trusts, individuals.

Virtual address scanned mail

£66/Yr.

Your Post will be scanned and uploaded to our secure online document storage system. You will be notified that you have it and will be able to download it using your username and password. So whether you are at home or travelling, you will always have access to your post. This service includes a maximum of 50 items of post per week at no extra charge. Above that limit, you will be charged 20p per item.

Virtual address with mail forwarding

This service does not include scanning. Each item of post is mailed on to you. In addition to the subscription, we charge a handling fee of 20p per item plus the postal charge.

Please Note: Please note that we provide a correspondence address and not a freight forwarding address. We will not accept parcels weighing more than 10 kilos or exceeding the following dimensions: 46cm x 33 cm x 27 cm.

UK Post Box Service

£108/Yr.

Our post box service will accept all your post and hold it for you to collect. That includes letters, parcels and signed for items such as registered or recorded mail. Unlike the Royal Mail we are able to accept signed for items from ANY courier source. You may collect or have your mail collected on your behalf.

The service allows customers to collect mail from the office.. To do this successfully you will need to present ID each time you come to pick up the mail. The ID will have to match the information you give us. To alleviate issues associated with ID presentation we issue a simple paper pass and clear plastic holder to our customers.

Each item of ordinary post mail costs 10p+vat (12p) to collect with parcels and signed for items costing 60p+vat (72p)

Our opening times are as follows:

Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm. (Excludes Bank Holidays and restricted hours on certain days over the December Holiday period)

You can buy our Registered Office service when you setting up a new limited company. Companies House will register your company at our address and display it on public record.

2. Create an account and import your company

Use this option if you already have a company or LLP, and you have your web authentication code. You will be given a free online portal with which to maintain your company’s records at Companies House. Your portal will have a facility enabling you to import your company details from Companies House. You will need your company’s or LLPs web authentication code to complete the import. Once imported, you can make the change to your Registered Office online. The update at Companies House will take no more than a couple of hours.
